Where is My Package?

Orders are fulfilled regularly and typically ship within 3–4 business days from our warehouse in Taiwan.

If you have received a shipping confirmation email, your order has left our warehouse and is currently in transit. Shipments are handled through Taiwan Post.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges requested due to customer preference are accepted within 14 days after delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees associated with the return.

Refunds will be processed after the returned items have been received and inspected.

For exchanges, any price difference and reshipping costs will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Incorrect, Defective, or Missing Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, or if any items are missing from your order, please contact us at info@velocicycle.com.

VELOCI will cover reasonable shipping and reshipping costs for confirmed defective, incorrect, or missing items.

If a replacement item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused, unassembled, clean, and returned with their original packaging and included accessories.

Customers may inspect the product as reasonably necessary to confirm its nature, characteristics, and condition.

Refunds may be reduced if the returned item shows damage, signs of assembly or use, or a loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@velocicycle.com within the 14-day withdrawal period and clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

VELOCI will refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional delivery costs resulting from the customer's choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to VELOCI.

Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.

VELOCI may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of return shipment is provided.

Customers may inspect the goods as reasonably necessary to confirm their nature, characteristics, and condition. Any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may be deducted from the refund.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

If a package is refused or remains unclaimed due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or other import charges, the original shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, and any additional costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.
