Warranty

All VELOCI CYCLE products are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of retail purchase of the product, subject to the limitations detailed below. Every VELOCI frame, component, and accessory has a useful product life cycle. The length of that useful product life cycle will vary depending on the construction and materials of the product, maintenance and care received, and the amount and type of use the product is subjected to over its life. Please retain your dated proof of purchase for warranty verification.

NOTE: All warranty periods listed below apply only to the original owner and are non-transferable.

VELOCI CYCLE does not guarantee the compatibility of original components with a warranty replacement frame. VELOCI CYCLE is not responsible for any parts or labor required to remove, reinstall, or readjust products within the bicycle assembly, including wheel rebuilds.

This warranty applies only to VELOCI CYCLE branded products. Any other original parts or components shall be covered solely by the warranty provided by their respective manufacturers. Any products not specifically listed above are excluded from this warranty coverage.

 

 

This Warranty Does Not Cover the Following

  • Normal wear and tear, including the results of fatigue

  • Damage caused by improper assembly, improper maintenance, lack of maintenance, or insufficient mechanical skill, competence, or experience

  • Bicycles not assembled or serviced by an authorized VELOCI CYCLE dealer or qualified bicycle mechanic

  • Products that have been modified, neglected, misused, abused, involved in accidents, used in competition, or used for commercial purposes such as rental services

  • Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for use with or compatible with VELOCI CYCLE frames and components

  • VELOCI CYCLE bicycles, frames, components, or soft goods purchased from unauthorized dealers

  • VELOCI CYCLE bicycles, frames, components, or soft goods purchased from third-party online marketplaces or auction websites, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Craigslist, or similar regional trading platforms

  • Sandblasting, sanding, grinding, wire brushing, filing, welding, brazing, drilling, anodizing, refinishing, powder coating, or chrome plating of the bicycle, frame, fork, or component

  • Internal rust perforation on steel frames

  • Wear, scratches, chips, fading, or cracks to paint, finish, decals, or coating on VELOCI CYCLE products

  • Bent or broken derailleur hangers or sliding / rocker dropout components

  • Labor charges related to the removal, installation, or adjustment of warranty replacement products, including wheel rebuilds

  • Damage to carbon fiber components caused by improper use of carbon assembly paste or incorrect installation procedures

 

 

This limited warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective product, at the sole discretion of VELOCI CYCLE, and such repair or replacement shall be the sole remedy under this warranty.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the VELOCI CYCLE product and is non-transferable. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from VELOCI CYCLE or through an authorized dealer or distributor.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VELOCI CYCLE shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages, whether direct, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, arising from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly stated herein.

This warranty provides the consumer with specific legal rights. These rights may vary depending on local laws and jurisdictions. This warranty does not affect any statutory rights that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws.
