Based on the proven RC11DB and RC23DB platform, the RC27DB features a finely machined hub body and axle structure that keeps weight low while maintaining good stiffness and long-term durability. The cleaner hub shell design also gives the wheelset a more refined and timeless look.

Inside, high-quality sealed bearings help keep rolling smooth and consistent through everyday riding, gravel roads, wet conditions, and longer bikepacking trips. The double-phase freehub system uses independent 6 pawls with 36 teeth for quicker engagement and a more direct riding feel without becoming overly harsh or noisy.

The specially designed key-shaped spoke holes support both round and bladed spokes while helping improve spoke alignment and wheel strength, making the RC27DB a solid choice for custom wheel builds of all kinds.
