PILLAR PSR TB-2016 J-BEND SPOKES – BLACK / 18 PCS

The PILLAR PSR TB-2016 is a lightweight stainless steel J-bend spoke designed for custom wheel builds, particularly road, gravel, and lightweight MTB applications.

Its triple-butted construction features a reinforced 2.2 mm spoke elbow, a standard 2.0 mm shaft and threaded end, and a slender 1.6 mm center section. Pillar's PSR cold-forging process strengthens the spoke elbow, where repeated loading and stress can occur during riding.

The thinner center section reduces weight while providing additional elasticity under load, allowing the spoke to accommodate repeated tension cycles without unnecessary material.

With its conventional J-bend design and 14G threaded end, the PSR TB-2016 is a practical option for wheel builders looking to save a little more weight while keeping a reinforced spoke elbow.
